Lebelo Attorneys Inc. (LA Inc.) was established in 2021 with a vision of delivering client-focused, results-driven legal services throughout Limpopo and beyond. From its inception, the firm has been committed to building lasting relationships with clients through open communication, practical legal solutions, and a personalised approach to every matter.

DIRECTOR
LESIBA REUBEN LEBELO
Lesiba Reuben Lebelo is the Founder and Director of Lebelo Attorneys Inc., a boutique law firm based in Mokopane, Limpopo. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Pretoria (2017) and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Public Procurement and Regulation Policy in South Africa from Stellenbosch University (2022).
He commenced his legal career at Werksmans Attorneys, one of South Africa’s premier commercial law firms, where he completed his articles of clerkship. During this time, he practised in the firm’s Insolvency, Business Rescue and Restructuring Department before joining the Banking and Finance Department. This afforded him extensive exposure to high-value commercial transactions, debt recovery, insolvency and restructuring proceedings, project finance, securitization, and the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements for leading financial institutions and corporate clients.
Following his admission as an attorney, Lesiba established Lebelo Raseboye Attorneys Inc. with the vision of providing commercially focused, solution-driven legal services to businesses, institutions, and private clients. He has since developed a diverse practice encompassing Commercial Law, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Procurement Law, Regulatory Compliance, Public Law, Family Law, Labour Law, Estate Administration, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
His expertise includes advising clients on corporate governance, commercial risk management, public procurement, contractual disputes, consumer protection, credit legislation, financial regulatory compliance, and strategic litigation. He regularly provides legal opinions and advisory services to corporate entities, and private clients on complex legal and regulatory matters.
